Shipping Policies

Items on preorder will not be shipped out immediately. Orders will be shipped out roughly 1-1.5 months after preorders close. In-stock items will be shipped within the week, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Please be sure to double-check your name, address, and contact info when placing an order, as I am not responsible for incorrect shipping info provided by the customer. This info cannot be changed once orders are processed and shipped.

Once orders are processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information and will take roughly 3-7 business days to arrive. All orders are shipped through USPS.

Returns are not accepted. In the case of items damaged during shipping, please send an email with your order details and photos of the damage for review, and I will offer you a refund or a replacement.
